For mortgages, we can be paid by either commission, or a fee ofup to 3%, and we will refund any commission from the lender. Typically, this fee would be 1% of the loan amount, eg on a loan of £100,000, a fee of 1% would be payable.
Normally we do not charge a broker fee for advising on and arranging mortgages, however we reserve the right to charge a fee under more exceptional client circumstances. Any fee charged will be discussed and agreed at outset prior to any business being conducted with you.
